Thermal imaging is emerging as a useful addition to the farming toolkit. 
From detecting injury and disease to finding stray lambs in the dark, thermal imaging (TI) appears to offer livestock producers multiple benefits.
By identifying problems before they become apparent to the naked eye, TI can enable rapid treatment of farm animals, potentially saving on vet bills and cutting antibiotics use.
